Join us for a fun-filled morning at the Holiday Inn - Sandton with Comrades’ very own fitness enthusiast, @FitMasi, Comrades Coach, Lindsey Parry and Comrades Dietitian, Nikki De Villiers to help you with your training for The Ultimate Human Race.

Each attendant will receive a limited edition Comrades Boot Camp goodie bag, scrumptious breakfast and one on one interactions with the Comrades Coach and other professionals. Remember to bring your yoga mat.

  • This is a strictly female bootcamp.
  • Goodie Bag will only be provided to the original registrant.
  • By entering this event I warrant that I am in good health and physically fit to participate in this bootcamp.
  • I hereby release and discharge the Comrades Marathon Association, all sponsors, instructors, and the Comrades Marathon Coach, from any loss or damage, however caused, arising from my participation in the event.
  • I grant my permission to the Comrades Marathon or its agents, in terms of Section 51 of the Electronic Communications Transactions Act 25 of 2002 and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPI Act), to use any photographs, video tapes, in which I may appear, for whatever use, at no charge.
  • Registration fees are NON-REFUNDABLE (unless the event is cancelled).
