Sprint The Sprint Triathlon is open to Junior athletes only, must be between 16-19yrs old by 31 December 2025. Sprint - Closed	16-19yrs	750m	20km	5km	R1,400.00
Super Sprint The Super Sprint triathlon is open to Youth athletes only, must be between 13-17yrs old by 31 December 2025. Super Sprint - Closed	13-17yrs	375m	10km	2.5km	R1,000.00
Para The Triathlon Para Championships is open to Para athletes only, must be 16yrs+ by 31 December 2025. Para - Closed	16yrs+	750m	20km	5km	R1,400.00
Aquabike The Aquabike Standard Distance Championships is open to all athletes, must be 18yrs+ by 31 December 2025. Aquabike - Closed	18yrs+	1.5km	40km	0	R1,400.00

Please note: ALL athletes must have a valid, annual TSA license to enter, and the license must still be valid on 6 April 2025.

Important information:

PPE: PPE must be completed and signed by all Youth, Junior, Para athletes and guides, and sent to the TSA Office – office@triathlonsa.co.za. The PPE form can be downloaded from here.

Anti-Doping: ALL Youth, Junior, Para athletes and Guides must complete the anti-doping and send a copy of their certificate to the TSA Office at office@triathlonsa.co.za. The anti-doping certificate is valid for two years. Thus, athletes who did the course in 2023 (or earlier) must do the course again now. Certificates done in 2024 are still valid for 2025.
