Bay Relay Challenge 2026
Get your team together for the Bay Relay Challenge 2026, hosted by Baywest Mall, a fun and competitive team relay event for all ages and fitness levels. Taking place on Tuesday, 16 June 2026, this unique relay offers teams the chance to race for glory across various categories including Junior and Senior Schools, Corporate/Social/Walkers Teams, and Running Clubs, with fantastic prize vouchers up for grabs. All finishers receive a medal, and all entrants stand a chance to win lucky draw prizes— just be present to claim! Race day registration and prize giving all take place inside Baywest Mall, making for a festive, family-friendly atmosphere. Whether you're racing for your school, workplace, or club, the Bay Relay Challenge is all about teamwork, community spirit, and a healthy dose of competition. Entries close at midnight on 14 June 2026, so don’t miss out!

General Race Information:
· Organised in accordance with the rules and regulations of ASA and EPA.
· Athletes need to be 6yrs of age on
race day to participate in the event.
· Entries close midnight Sunday 14th of June.
· Athletes participating in the Running
Club Division must run in Official Club Colors with 2026 license numbers on the
front and back of the vest and official race number on the front of the vest. No temporary number will be sold.
· Walkers Teams are 4 people teams,
but each athlete only does 1 lap of 2,5km.
· Team captain to collect Bibs/Timing
baton.
· Race baton will contain the timing
chip.
· Race registration will be strictly
as per the schedule advertised.
· Race start is a gun start as per
times advertised. NO LATE STARTERS
· Wearing of earphones are not allowed
and may lead to disqualification.
· The race committee reserves the
right to accept or reject any entry.
· Prize giving as advertised per race
schedule.
· Entry fees are non-refundable.
· Please support the anti-littering
campaign and only discard sachets into or near bins provided along the route. A
Litter Zone will be marked on the road. Littering outside of this Zone, can lead to disqualification.
· The no seconding rule will
apply. No private vehicles will be
allowed on the route to second athletes.

Event entries may be purchased in bulk.
You may select the quantity of entries required, and once your purchase is complete, discount codes will be sent to be distributed to your team, group members, or employees.
Important: The recipients of the discount codes must still register for the event. Buying a discount code does not guarantee entry unless it is applied to a fully completed registration.
