Competitors must be 14 years of age or older on race day. The race starts at 06h00. The official cut off time is 07h45. Athletes will be removed from course after this time for road safety. Late athletes will not be allowed to start the race.
5km Fun Run/walkCompetitors must be 9 years of age or older on race day. The race starts at 06h15. The official cut off time is 07h45. Race numbers to be attached to the front of vest or T-shirt and always be visible. Athletes will be removed from course after this time for road safety. Late athletes will not be allowed to start the race.
MedalsAll competitors in the 10km and 5km who finish in the cut off time will receive a medal.

General race Information:
- Organised in accordance with the rules and regulations of ASA and EPA.
- Athletes in the 10km must run in official club colors with 2026 license numbers on the front and back of the vest and official race number on the front of the vest.
- The race number contains a timing chip and should not be folded.
- 1500 entries available
- Athletes who are not licensed members of a club affiliated to ASA must purchase a temporary license number to be worn on the back of a vest or plain colored T-shirt, with the official race number on the front of the vest/T-shirt in the 10km Race.
- In the 5km Fun Run/Walk, the official race number needs to be on the front.
- Age category tags must be worn on the front and back of your vest if you wish to qualify for category prizes. Athletes may be required to supply proof of age.
- Wearing of earphones are not allowed and may lead to disqualification.
- The race committee reserves the right to accept or reject any entry.
- 10km starts at 06h00, 5km starts at 06h15
- NO LATE STARTERS ALLOWED
- Cut-Off of 1h45min will be strictly applied – 07h45 for both races
- Prize giving commences at 08h15.
- All athletes to wear official club colors on podium.
- Entries are done online through EasyReg and their Race Portal.

- Late entries and number collection will be done at the Metlife Mall from 16h00 till 20h00 on Friday the 13th February 2026.
- There will be no late entries on race morning Saturday, 14th February 2026. Only number allocation will be done on race morning from 05:15 - 05:45.
- Entry fees are non-refundable.
- Please support the ant-littering campaign and only discard sachets in or near bins provided along the route. A Litter Zone will be marked on the road. Littering outside of this Zone, can lead to disqualification.
- The no seconding rule will apply. No private vehicles will be allowed on the route to second athletes.
- There will be three aid stations on the 10km course and one on the 5km course (combined 10km/5km).
- Club gazebo area past the finish line.
