Important Information: Failure to provide correct details upon registration will result in delays. If you do not provide the correct reference number as per your EasyReg registration number, the race organizer will not search for your registration. 

All category changes will be affected during registration at a cost of N$ 30 

Swag Bag and Race Number Collection: You must collect your VE Marathon race numbers, and Swag Bag from the registration venue which will be communicated. All runners MUST provide acceptable proof of identification to collect their race number pack i.e., ID card, Passport or Driver's License, along with your race entry confirmation. 

Race Packs and T-Shirts will only be available at Registration to individuals who have fully paid for their entry. Race numbers, swag bags and t-shirts will not be distributed outside of Registration. Please ensure you select the correct T-Shirt size and distance selection, as no exchanges, and amendments will be provided on the Race day, or made after you have captured your selection.

NO race numbers will be issued on race day.
