STAGGERED PAYMENTS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Staggered Payment Offer

• To take advantage of the staggered payment offer, entrants will need to select the staggered payment option during the payment stage of the entry process. An initial deposit of 70% of the registration cost will be payable, by 23h59 31 March 2024, in order for you to secure your entry.
• The Staggered payment option will be based on the Standard Entry Fee i.e. the Earlybird discount will not apply.
• The balance of the athlete’s entry fee will be payable as follows:
  • 2nd Payment = remaining 30% of entry fee, to be paid by 23h59 on 31 May 2024
• Any default on payment or payments that are not received within the above periods will result in the cancellation of your entry. No late payments will be accepted, and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.
• The Staggered Payment Offer will no longer be available after 31 March 2024.
