Failure to provide correct details upon registration will result in delays. If you do not provide the correct reference number as per your EasyReg registration number, the race organizer will not search for your registration.
All category changes will be affected during registration at a cost of N$ 30.
Please note: Early bird special starts 23 April 2025 to 2 May 2025, and will only be applicable during the Early bird period. Default rates will be applicable as of 3 May 2025.
Race pack and Race Number Collection: You must collect your OAC Dementia Awareness Run/Walk race numbers and race pack from the registration venue which will be communicated. All runners MUST provide acceptable proof of identification to collect race number and race pack, i.e., ID Card, Passport or Driver’s license, along with your race confirmation and proof of payment.
Race packs will ONLY be available at Registration to individuals who have fully paid for their entry. Race numbers and race packs will not be distributed outside of Registration. Please ensure you select the correct distance, as no exchanges or amendments will be made on race day or after your selection. Stick around after the race for lucky draws, food stalls and prize giving. All participants will receive finisher medals after the race.
No race numbers will be issued on race day.
