Transfer of Entries
Athletes who have entered but can no longer participate may transfer (substitute) their entry to another runner between 13 July and 9 August.
Please note: Transfers are only permitted within the same event as the original entry.
To transfer your entry, log in to EasyReg after 13 July and navigate to your dashboard. Click the "Transfer Entry" button. You will receive an email containing a transfer link, which you can send to the person taking over your entry.
Please note that the organisers do not manage a list of prospective entrants. It is the original entrant's responsibility to find a replacement runner.
The transfer link allows the new runner to create a registration. Payment for the new registration must be completed within 24 hours.
Once the new registration has been successfully paid for, the original registration will be marked as withdrawn. If payment is not completed, the original registration will remain active.
