The Comrades Women’s Boot Camps return in 2026 — stronger, bolder, and more empowering than ever.

Following the success of the past three editions, this much-loved, ladies-only initiative is back to celebrate female fitness, strength, and solidarity as women prepare for The Ultimate Human Race.

Event Overview

During February and March 2026, the Comrades Marathon Association will host three Women’s Boot Camps in Cape Town, Johannesburg, and Durban. Whether you’re new to Comrades or a seasoned runner, these sessions are designed to equip you with expert guidance, practical tools, motivation, and a powerful sense of community.

Important Information

• Registration takes place from 08h00 – 09h00
• The Boot Camp concludes at approximately 12h30
• Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat and towel
